Delish Da Goddess grew up in a small town in Louisiana called Violet, southeast of New Orleans. She grew up listening to many genres and is influenced strongly by artists such as Lauryn Hill, Tina Turner, Anita Baker, Missy Elliott, Joan Jett, Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson.

 

Having won Best Rap and Bounce at the 2018 Big Easy Awards she is very excited to put together her coming tour dates of 2023. Delish can also be seen on TNT’s series “Claws” as Diana. Peacock's "Queer as Folk" as Mina, and will be seen in BET's "Sacrifice" Season 2.

 

Delish has performed with artist such as Big Freedia, Peaches, and Le1f. She has made a name for herself inside and outside of the greater state of Louisiana.

 

Delish, who has put out 8 Ep’s and 6 singles in the last decade, has developed compilations with other underground and independent artist such as Wolftone and Stash Marina. Delish can also be seen featured on Diplo’s mini web series “BLOW YOUR HEAD”.

 

She has cultivated a strong local relationship and bond which has made her “The leader of New Orleans’ DIY hip-hop movement” – OffBeat Magazine. 

 

Delish is always excited about new compilations and projects while looking towards the future of the hip-hop movement. 2023 is promising to be the beginning of a new era and Delish is excited to be part of it as Da Goddess.
